So, what does this mean?
Holy guacamole! It appears as though our health system is built to focus on the diseases, the care required, and what technology can help “fix” it - instead of preventative care!
The easy and less expensive options are NOT at the forefront and we get sucked into a diagnosis and medication list, a mile long. We go with the flow because we think we are getting the best healthcare, when in reality we live being dictated to by insurance companies that determine what care we receive and what medications we can take. They don’t even know us, our current health concerns, or our family history.

We should be asking questions and demanding answers. We should be getting fired up over this. Your health and wellbeing are priceless. You can’t buy health. Who could possibly be a better advocate for you… besides YOU?!

The 1:1 Balance Program offers new ways to tackle concerns and approach things with a different perspective. Taking a deep dive into your health history, searching for the root cause, and then formulating a plan to move forward with support.
An intensive session is a one-time session that provides a space for brainstorming and feedback. This session will focus on a specific concern and we will begin to formulate a plan to find the root cause. It offers ideas, resources, and a short term plan for support. This option could offer new perspective on something you may have been struggling with for quite some time, or simply something you would like a second opinion on.
This program is great for someone that has success with “talk therapy”. We will discuss concerns, organize your thoughts, and talk about resources that would be helpful for you right now. This for me is elevated talk therapy. It is a space for learning about yourself and how best to support your current season of life. This is a schedule-as-you-go program, created to accommodate your hectic schedule and financial needs.
