Is this program right for me?

This program is for someone who needs help with what they CAN implement right now, who is tired of feeling “just okay”, and someone who needs a cheerleader in life. You are learning how to advocate for your health and wellness, along with keeping an open mind on how to get there. 

How does it work?

Balance is a 9-12 week program depending on your specific needs. Zoom sessions are held every other week for accountability and support. You will start with an extensive intake form that will gather data from your health history to help me better understand underlying concerns and how to achieve the goals you set. I leave no stone unturned. After the initial visit, we formulate a plan together on how best to move forward. You decide what is a top priority for you and we begin.

Is anything else included?

After each session you will be provided with follow up notes summarizing the session, so no need for notetaking! These notes are packed full with not only what we discussed but resources you will find useful. Also included is Voxer support Tues-Sat. This is an app I have found to be extremely helpful and it provides text and voice options so we can stay connected between our sessions. 

How much does it cost?

You can pay the full amount or monthly installments over 6 months. This provides financial flexibility if needed. Inquire on package price.
