The 1:1 Balance Program offers new ways to tackle concerns and approach things with a different perspective. Taking a deep dive into your health history, searching for the root cause, and then formulating a plan to move forward with support.

An intensive session is a one-time session that will focus on a specific concern and the root cause. It offers ideas, resources, and a short term plan for support. This option could present a new perspective on something you may have been struggling with for quite some time, or simply something you would like a second opinion on.
This program is great for someone that has success with “talk therapy”. We all know how good a vent sesh can feel! I will never claim to be a therapist- let’s be real- I have a therapist! However, with coaching- we will discuss concerns, organize your thoughts, and talk about resources that would be helpful for you right now. This for me is elevated talk therapy. It is a space for learning about yourself and how best to support your current season of life.
This is a schedule-as-you-go program, created to accommodate your hectic schedule and financial needs. Just like a good massage- you will know when to schedule another appointment after the first one!
