With coaching- we will discuss concerns, organize your thoughts, and talk about resources that would be helpful for you right now. This for me is elevated talk therapy. It is a space for learning about yourself and how best to support your current season of life. A focus on what you can implement right now!
“Not-Therapy” sessions take place via Zoom over a period of 60 minutes. Feel free to come as you are, take notes, and sip on a cuppa while we are chatting.
This is a schedule-as-you-go program, created to accommodate your hectic schedule and financial needs. Just like a good massage- you will know when to schedule another appointment after the first one!
These sessions are great for someone that has success with “talk therapy”. We all know how good a vent sesh can feel! I will never claim to be a therapist- let’s be real- I have a therapist!
If you find the “Not-Therapy” Sessions are a great option for you and would like to schedule time with me on a more regular basis; consider shifting to the 1:1 Balance Program.
You will receive the same great benefits, plus, I will provide follow-up session notes, accountability, and unlimited support Tues-Sat via the Voxer app.

This program is great for someone that has success with “talk therapy”. We all know how good a vent sesh can feel! Sometimes we need to talk about all the things that run through our mind to make sense of things! It’s different from “talk therapy” in that we build a plan for how to move forward and what can be implemented right now. You make decisions on what you want to do next with support whilst doing so.
Once you book in for a session, I will simply pop over an invoice for the session fee, which is due on or before the date of service. We will agree on a time and date for the session; the session itself will last 60 minutes on Zoom.
Look at the “Not-Therapy” Sessions just like a great massage; you come and soak in all the goodness and self awareness that you need, then schedule for next time when you are ready! No crazy details, no expectations, and just come as you are!
“Not-Therapy” Sessions are priced at $80 per session. Payment in full is collected on or before the date of service.
